2008 JR RIVERMEN HOCKEY TEAM
The Jr. Rivermen will provide qualified and experienced coaches for 2008 team who will focus on enhancing the skills of all players. Through strong leadership, players will gain knowledge of the game, as well as knowledge of life and how to be a strong and healthy athlete.
The 2008 Jr. Rivermen is an extension of the Langley Rivermen; being a part of the Jr. Rivermen your joining the Rivermen organization. Our goal is to develop and prepare our young athletes to one day play for our Junior team in the BCHL. We then hope to be able to help our players acquire NCAA scholarships to further their education as well as their playing careers. Over the past 4 years, The Langley Rivermen has helped rostered players obtain over 30 NCAA Div 1. Scholarships and has become one of the top teams in Canada for players receiving scholarships.
The ultimate goal of the Jr Rivermen and Langley Rivermen is to help each player reach their highest potential as a student athlete, as well as an individual with high personal standards to demonstrate respect for all.
COACHES
The 2008 Jr. Rivermen will be coached by top quality coaches with professional, Junior and NCAA experience.
